Haha great song, Lose. There are a lot of songs I work out on my Ipod. Mostly Rock because Rap doesn't really pump me up like Rock

I don't workout to music. I tried once to shadow box and hit the bags to music but the songs were always at a different rhythm to my rhythm so the music would f**k me up. LOL

Depends on the workout. If I'm doing an intense strength session I like stuff like mudvayne or slipknot or avenged sevenfold. If I'm training form and technique then I like tool or anything that helps to open my mind (bach beethoven etc). Conditioning or running I just want something fast paced to keep up with. Everything I do I like to make the music match the appropriate mood. Same thing goes in the bedroom.

I like myself a bit of dubstep or instrumental hip-hop. Stuff that gets me in a good mood but isn't too intrusive.

I havent trained much lately but when i do its always to Dance/Techno music. I prefer UK Hardcore as it is around 170bpm so it keeps you at a fast pace when jogging/cycling

I've seen Jeff Mills play twice, awesome sets, hope to see him again some day.
